What a great race and more importantly a great day for Amigos for Christ! Saturday was a beautiful but a bit cool morning – which is perfect for running. Congrats to team Christian Milers: Rick Floress, Kelly Floress, Ryan Floress, Drew Floress, Jason Floress, Gail Lacey, George Lockhart, Jacob Lockhart, Mason Downs for participating and supporting the cause. A BIG SHOUT OUT goes to Jacob Lockhart who won second place for his age group (which was his first medal), Ryan Floress who won third place for his age group, Drew Floress who won third place for his age group and George Lockhart, while pushing Marisol in the stroller (extra 50lbs), won second place for his age group. I’m not sure at this time but I believe this was Drew’s and Ryan’s first race medal’s as well. Also a special thanks goes to Liz, for volunteering Saturday morning during the race. Great job everyone! A also want to give a BIG shout out to George for leading us in our pre-race prayer – great job George!
