Way to stick it out for the whole 30 days. Even though you're not where you want to be, 7.5 lbs. is still awesome!

More & more people know that blog are good for every one where we get lots of information any topics !!!

Congratulations! Your 7.5 weight loss is a lot, so don't feel bad about it. It's a big accomplishment already, so keep it up mate!

This is really inspiring. I have been trying for reducing my weight, but not still effective. I may have to concentrate on my regular diet.

did you know I got down about 10 lbs. I gained a tad, but not all of it. I'm now in the process of working that last bit off again.
