Nigerian national sentenced in ChoicePoint ID theft case
Olatunji Oluwatosin, 42, of North Hollywood, was sentenced by Superior Court Judge Bob Bowers Jr.
Oluwatosin pleaded guilty in December to conspiracy to commit computer access fraud and grand theft, the district attorney's office said in a statement.
He was indicted by a grand jury in August 2005 on 22 counts of identity theft, conspiracy, grand theft and credit card fraud. [Read more - The Mercury News]
