MY HUSBAND AND MOM OF 83 YEARS WENT TO ZAVALLA TEX. NOT FAR ENOUGH FROM THIS HURRICAN RITA. BLACK FOREST AND ZAVALLA WAS A MESS. WE WERE WITH OUT LIGHTS FOR 6 DAYS, WAY TO HOT FOR MY MOM.
