http://tvweb360.com is a free portal of web tv where you can watch television channels on your PC. It has a very good remote control interface for selecting the tv channel.

Users are able to manage their favorites tv channels. You can watch web tv in many languages and from many countries of the world.

No special software, hardware or subscription service is needed. In order to view all of TVWeb360's channels you need Windows Media Player installed on your PC.

both those sites seem to be spammy. they burs at the seems with ads and they don't work.
