Pamela Rogers, previously featured here (with pictures), was looking at some serious time (up to 16 years) for having an affair with a 13-year-old student. Instead she got off with nine months in jail, eight years probation, a media blackout, and a registered sex offender tag.

Pamela Rogers, the Warren County elementary school teacher and coach, admitted guilt today on four counts of sexual battery by an authority figure for having a sexual affair with a 13-year-old star athlete student.
Rogers, 28, was sentenced to 270 days in the Warren County jail and will surrender her state teaching certificate for life. Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley also barred her from granting interviews or profiting from her story during eight years of probation.
Her plea avoids a trial that could have landed Rogers in prison for two to 16 years if she had been found guilty of all 28 counts from her February indictment. It was a no contest plea, which has the same effect as a guilty plea in court and in fact contains an admission of guilt in the document.
The plea also brings some finality to the teacher-student sex affair that rocked this small Middle Tennessee community when it made national headlines in February.
Since she can't grant interviews for eight years, how are we supposed to get an answer to the question, "Why sleep with a 13-year-old star athlete student when you could of had ...?"
HOLY MOLEY!! Ya know, in some cultures, 13 is considered the age of manhood... unfortunately for him and especially her, not this culture. He must have thought he was in heaven...I bet he'll be searching long and hard to top that one! I seriously doubt he's traumatized in any way, other than knowing he'll never get to be with her again. I had a thing with an 11th grade english teacher at the end of my 12th grade year. It is one of the best memories of my life...she was really attractive, but not as just over the top hot as this one, whew! I don't care what anyone says, that was one lucky young man. You go boy!

Ms. Jackson, are you a child molestar as well? Jesus christ, wake up you moron. Age is nothing when your actually of age of consent. If i had a kid, boy or girl, age 13 having sex with a 28 year old, i would castrate him or her of her dignity. Also, what the hell is a beautiful woman like that doing with a 13 year old anyways? I guess people are right, she didnt get enough in college. If i were the parents i would press charges and make sure they never keep in contact again. She needs to be locked up for good. Let the prisoners deal with her. How would she like it?

i feel very sorry for u Pamela. i respect teachers. they have diff. respect for me apart from parents. i didn't see the video, but i am sure that 13 yr old boy made her the victim. a teacher can't be wrong.

i dont blame her...age is nothing but a number if your attracted to someone and they are attracted to you then go for it! the danger makes it even better! everyone needs alittle danger in there life its just too bad she got caught! ps-I love Pacey and Ms.Jacobs from Dawson's creek!! lol...im just curious who the kid was..hope he had a nice body and not a typical 13 yr olds body..eww..

Iubert man youre right.She was in love with him but that fucking world we live in dont accept that.And they dare punish her in my opinion if thats a crime to be so badly punished then listen to this.In a small village in Japan a 18 years old guy killed everyone in one night.Can you bealive that????A Child slay 200 inoccent people including his parents using only a sword and stars.When i heard that i was Shocked to death.Now tell me what kind of punishement must this guy take huhh????When they arrest him of cource cause his location is still unknown

why a gorgeous girl like her had spent her time with a 14years young student?
She probably had had serious problems with some old or same age guys in the past and wants to try something different with this boy.
That is a pity. She went to jail because she wanted to be with a guy. Is that wrong? We do so many crazy things when we fall in love.
The question is: What if this guy wanted to be with her when he gets 18 years old. Can she be release if he claims in the court for her freedom?

HATE TO BREAK IT TO YOU, BUT THE PARENTS HAVE A RIGHT TO GO NUTS AND PRESS CHARGES. IF THAT WHERE MY CHILD THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR A COURT DATE I WOULD GO TO WHERE SHE IS AN BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF THE PEVERTED LITTLE HO. PROBLEM SOLVED.
