We had nothing but problems with reception at the recent race in Texas. The sound and the picture was choppy, and then one of the headsets didn't work on Sunday. We traded ours in 3 times, missing parts of all 3 races. Where can I complain to Nextel? I can't find anything online, and calling the company got me transferred and drop calls. HELP!

i had the same problems with the fanview at michigan in june. poor receiption, would not hold a signal at all. if you moved the slightest little bit, you lost the signal. i have wrote to nextel three times and have never got any kind of response. i'am going to the race there in august again, and plan on using my fanview since i already paid for the activation. but if i don't get some kind of reply from them, i want a complete refund. the thing is a piece of s--t for what you pay for it.......
